This is just a simple recipie for an amazing pulled pork dish! While it does take about 6 to 7 hours to cook, it only requires 3 ingrediants.
All you need is a can of rootbeer, a pound of a pork butt, and your favorite bottle of BBQ sauce. This does require a slow cooker. Turn your crockpot/slow cooker on low and throw in the pork and rootbeer. Close it and let it cook overnight or for about 6 or 7 hours. Once its done and the meat just easily falls off the bone it should be ready. Drain the left over rootbeer and fat then shred your meat and remove the bone. Pour your favorite BBQ sauce on it and throw it back in for another half hour.
