I know I havent been keeping up with my blog this month, but I am back! I have been wanting to post up this little recipe forever now! It was given to me by a friend of mine, Rikki. She used to make it all the time for us, and it’s just absolutely delicious!
I large can of chunk chicken ( 2 or small cans)
2 packages of cream cheese
Red Hot Sauce (to taste)
1/3 cup of ranch
1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Grab a medium size pot and through in your chicken and as much hot sauce as you would like. Let it simmer for a few minutes and add your cream cheese. The stove should be on low so your chicken wont burn. When the cream cheese starts to melt add in your ranch. Once everything is melted add your cheese and mix everything together. You can sprinkle some cheese on top if you’d like. Best to eat the dip warm, otherwise it starts to get hard and you have to reheat it. Hope you enjoy this little recipe as much as we do!
