Chicken Noodle Soup

I have been pretty sick for the past couple weeks, and I swear this is the only thing that helps me! This soup is MAGIC! Well, maybe it’s because it is filled with good veggies and lots of vitamins. 😉 Either way it’s the most delicious chicken noodle soup ever. The recipie is acctually my own.

Ingrediants you need:

3 cups of egg noodles

3 stalks of celery (chopped)

3 medium carrots (chopped)

1 large onion (copped)

12 cups of chicken broth

1 rottesirie chicken (shredded)

Dill (to taste)

2 tbps lemon juice

Onion Poweder

Garlic Powder

Black Pepper


First thing you do is bring your broth to a boil. Add your celery, carrots and onions and let it boil for about 20mins. When your veggies are nice and tender, add your egg noodles. Let them cook for about 5 mins before adding the chicken and your seasonings. All the seasonings I do by taste, so add as much or as little as you like. Let everything cook until the egg noodles are done. Add your chopped up dill and lemon juice and mix everything together.

Pour yourself a bowl and enjoy!

Not only is it healthy, but its the perfect cure to any cold!
